Debutant Yashavi Jaiswal (1) and Shubman Gill (6) got out cheaply in run chase before Suryakumar came up with a special 83 off 44 balls to help India gun down the target in 17.5 overs. Tilak Varma (49 not out off 37) was happy to play second fiddle to his senior Mumbai Indians teammate in their 87-run stand. Tilak missed his second straight fifty in his debut series as skipper Hardik Pandya (20 not out off 15) hit the winning six.

India spinner Kuldeep Yadav scripted a major record in the first innings of the third T20I against West Indies at the Providence Stadium in Guyana on Tuesday. Kuldeep became the quickest bowler to reach 50 wickets in men's T20Is for India after featuring in 30 matches. The previous record holder of claiming fastest 50 wickets in T20I's for India was Yuzvendra Chahal.

Asia Cup 2023: All Match Timings And Full Match Schedule Released

Last month, after much wait, the Asia Cup 2023 schedule was finally announced by Jay Shah, BCCI secretary and Asian Cricket Council (ACC) head. The timings of the matches were announced on Tuesday. This time the tournament is being played in a hybrid model, after Shah declared last year that India would not be travelling to Pakistan for the event. The tournament will begin with a match between Pakistan and Nepal in Multan, Pakistan, on August 30. The much-awaited India-Pakistan clash will take place in Kandy, Sri Lanka, on September 2. India will face Nepal in the other group stage match on September 4 at the same venue.
