WTCR congratulates Alan Gow following re-appointed as President of FIA Touring Car Commission

Motorsport’s global governing body, the Federation International de l’Automobile (FIA), has re-appointed Alan Gow as President of the FIA Touring Car Commission. The Australian has occupied the role since late 2010 and oversees FIA-sanctioned touring car competitions both internationally and regionally. This includes the new WTCR – FIA World Touring Car Cup and FIA ETCR — eTouring Car World Cup, which is also promoted by Discovery Sports Events and new for 2022.

GB3 champion Zak O’Sullivan joins Williams F1 academy

O’Sullivan, 16, won last year’s GB3 title in his first season in the category, scoring seven wins and 14 podiums en route to a dominant title win, resulting in a prize F3 test with Carlin in Valencia at the end of the year.

Reviving the spirit of the famous 24 Heures de Liège, which last ran as a round of the EWC in 2001, the 24H SPA EWC Motos will be an endurance race like no other.
