Bernie Ecclestone unhappy with F1 direction with America producing 'so many stupid things'
Bernie Ecclestone is far from impressed by the "American style" being pushed by F1 owners Liberty Media. The former F1 mogul has been outspoken on the direction the sport has taken since Liberty Media bought him out for £3.3 billion ($4.4bn) in late 2016.
WTCR Race 2 flash: Azcona wins after Michelisz and Tassi clash
Mikel Azcona won the partially reverse-grid Race 2 at WTCR Clean Fuels for All Race of France after front row starters Norbert Michelisz and Attila Tassi collided after launching off the line at Circuit de Pau-Ville. Azcona in his BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse Hyundai Elantra N TCR led home the Lynk & Cos of Santiago Urrutia and Ma Qing Hua, after King of WTCR Yann Ehrlacher was forced to pit with a puncture while running third.

El madrileño comentó con AS: «Estoy progresando, estar haciendo sectores morados es un buen síntoma, quiere decir que voy al límite en algunas curvas. Hemos hecho cambios en el ‘set-up’, hay trabajo por delante todavía y no es una de mis mejores clasificaciones, porque he cometido un error en la última curva. Buen progreso, llevaba encima el peso del accidente y he podido hacer buenas vueltas, no me voy a quejar».
