Tom Pidcock has been selected by Team GB to compete in the mountain bike cross-country and downhill events at this year’s UCI Cycling World Championships in Scotland. The 23-year-old is currently competing at the Tour de France with Ineos Grenadiers, but will switch to a mountain bike for the championships, which take place in Glasgow and across Scotland between August 3 and 13.
