Rajasthan Royals fast bowling coach Lasith Malinga feels the team has a fantastic pace attack with a good mix of experienced international players, genuine Indian quicks and youngsters. Malinga, who took 546 wickets in 340 international matches across three formats for Sri Lanka and also led the country to 2014 ICC T20 World Cup triumph, has been roped in by the Royals as their new fast bowling coach ahead of IPL 2022. "I think we have a fantastic pace attack. You've got experienced overseas players like Boult and Coulter-Nile, with whom I've worked before," Malinga was quoted as saying in a media release.
Pakistan have a knack of producing quick bowlers who can run through the defences of the opposition batters. In the ongoing third Test against Australia at the Gadaffi Stadium, Lahore, Naseem Shah and Shaheen Shah Afridi were at their scintillating best as they caused the Australian batters all sorts of problems. Naseem Shah and Shaheen took four wickets each as Australia was bundled out for 391 in the first innings on Day 2.

Hamilton, Mar 22 Yastika Bhatia's gritty half-century and Sneh Rana's all-round performance powered India a dominating 110-run win over Bangladesh and kept them in the hunt for a semifinal spot at the ICC Women's World Cup, on Tuesday. Opting to bat, India recovered from a mid-inning collapse to post a modest 229 for seven, riding on a responsible 80-ball 50 by Bhatia and a late flourish from Rana (27) and Pooja Vastrakar (30). Defending the total, the spinners, led by Rana (4/30), controlled the proceedings as they struck at regular intervals.
Australia maintained their winning run in the ongoing ICC Women's World Cup as the Meg Lanning-led side defeated South Africa by five wickets on Tuesday at the Basin Reserve. Lanning scored 135 not out to take her side home, but the star of the match was definitely Ashleigh Gardner, who took an exceptional catch to dismiss Laura Wolvaardt. The catch was so breathtaking that videos of it immediately went viral on Twitter. Australian Women cricket team's Twitter handle decided to have some fun at Gardner's expense by asking fans to share the best photoshop memes of the cricketer's leap.
