Frustrated By Rishabh Pant, Anchor Breaks TV During IPL 2025 Game. Internet Says "Shocking Behaviour"

A bizarre incident took place during a YouTube live session as an anchor, who was disappointed with Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) captain Rishabh Pant's batting in the IPL 2025 match against the SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH), smashed a television set in pure rage. After his six-ball duck against the Delhi Capitals (DC), Pant once again failed to live up to the expectations of his fans. With his team in a more-than-comfortable position to win the match, Pant score a run-a-ball 15 before being caught at short third.

Veteran India Star Lauds Shardul Thakur For 'Surprise Bumper' To Sunrisers Hyderabad Opener Abhishek Sharma

Veteran India batter Cheteshwar Pujara lauded Lucknow Super Giants all-rounder Shardul Thakur for his surprise bouncer causing the hard-hitting Abhishek Sharma to be late on his shot and be dismissed early, which eventually set the tone for the visitors to get their first win of IPL 2025. At the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Thakur had Abhishek caught off his short ball at deep square leg and picked up 4-34, his best figures in the IPL, as a power-packed SRH batting line-up managed to score only 190/9.

MS Dhoni Craze Harming CSK? Ambati Rayudu Says, "Internally, Lot Of People..."

MS Dhoni is no less than a god-like figure for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fans. Over the years, Dhoni's name has been synonymous with CSK. Last season, even during the matches away the Chepauk, there were more CSK jerseys than that of the home team inside the stadium. All because of the Dhoni-factor. Ever since Dhoni announced his retirement from international cricket, fans only get the chance to watch him play during the IPL as he does not play any other form of cricket.

"They Were Well Prepared": Ex-Sunrisers Hyderabad Skipper Kane Williamson Praises Lucknow Super Giants

New Zealand veteran Kane Williamson was full of praises for Lucknow Super Giants' win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL 2025, noting that Rishabh Pant-led side's execution was flawless in limiting SRH to under-par total. Opting to bowl first, LSG all-rounder Shardul Thakur bagged a four-wicket haul to help SRH to 190/9 in 20 overs. In reply, Nicholas Pooran and Mitchell Marsh slammed swashbuckling fifties to guide the visitors to a five-wicket win at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.

From Facing His Wrath To Batting Alongside, Mitchell Marsh "Fascinated" By Nicholas Pooran's Masterclass

Mitchell Marsh finds it "fascinating" to watch Nicholas Pooran sent the balls soaring into the stands and is relieved that he is not in the opposition unlike other leagues when he can just watch the West Indies dasher slaughter bowling attacks. Pooran was the star of the Lucknow Super Giants' easy chase against Sunrisers Hyderabad as he scored 70 off just 26 balls and also had a fruitful stand with Marsh, who chipped in with 52 off 31 balls.
