After Hania Aamir And Others, Arshad Nadeem's Instagram Account Blocked In India

Pakistan's Olympic gold-winning javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem's Instagram account has been blocked in India owing to a "legal request" in the aftermath of the Pahalgam terror attack. Users attempting to access Nadeem's Instagram page from India are met with the message: "Account not available in India. This is because we complied with a legal request to restrict this content." Twenty-six people, mostly tourists, were killed and several injured when terrorists opened fire at a meadow near the popular tourist town of Pahalgam in south Kashmir on April 22. Vijender Singh Claims Massive Age Fraud In Cricket. Internet Wonders If He's Pointing At Vaibhav Suryavanshi

Former India boxer Vijender Singh, through a social media post, on Wednesday raised the question whether age fraud has now settled in cricket as well. Age fraud, or the practice of misrepresenting a player's age, is a significant problem in Indian sport, particularly at the junior and age-group levels. The BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) has taken measures to address this issue, including stricter verification processes. "Bhai aaj kal umar choti ker ke cricket me bhe khelne lage (Players have started reducing their age in cricket too)," posted Olympic Games bronze medallist Vijender Singh on X.

"Need To Keep Evolving": CSK Bowling Coach's Blunt Assessment Of Matheesha Pathirana

Chennai Super Kings bowling coach Eric Simons has defended Matheesha Pathirana amid his underwhelming form this IPL season, saying that the opposition batters have started reading and adapting better to him. The five-time champions were eliminated from the IPL play off race on Wednesday when they lost to Punjab Kings, their eighth defeat in 10 outings. Pathirana, known for his slingy action, has lost the control he had in the previous season. Earlier, CSK head coach had said the reason for a dip in form was due to a change in action.

Yuzvendra Chahal Opens Up On Hat-Trick Heroics: "MS Dhoni Was There..."

Punjab Kings' hat-trick hero Yuzvendra Chahal revealed that he relied on his instincts and tweaked his line after observing that the pacers' slower balls were gripping the surface during their IPL clash against Chennai Super Kings. The leg-spinner, who conceded 23 runs in his first two overs, came back to deliver a game-changing penultimate over. He first dismissed MS Dhoni (11) and then went on to claim the wickets of Deepak Hooda (2), Anshul Kamboj (0), and Noor Ahmad (0) -- sealing his second IPL hat-trick in spectacular fashion.

Big Blow For PBKS: Glenn Maxwell Fractures Finger, 'Likely' Out Of IPL 2025

Punjab Kings' Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell is "likely" out of the Indian Premier League's remaining matches after fracturing his finger. Maxwell suffered the injury before PBKS' rained out previous game against Kolkata Knight Riders in which he was dismissed for 7 continuing an underwhelming season. He was replaced by Suryansh Shedge in last night's clash against Chennai Super Kings that PBKS won by four wickets. "Unfortunately, Maxi's broken his finger. He broke it just before the last game at training. He didn't think it was too bad, but it ended up getting pretty bad. He had scans and yeah, the results weren't great. So unfortunately for Maxi, I think it's likely he's out for the tournament," Maxwell's compatriot and PBKS teammate Marcus Stoinis told 'Jiostar'.

Chennai Super Kings Star Takes Stunning Boundary Line Catch, Sends Fans Into Frenzy - Watch

Chennai Super Kings' star player Dewald Brevis showed great athleticism to take a superb catch on the boundary line during his side's IPL 2025 match vs Punjab Kings at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Wednesday. PBKS batter Shashank Singh smashed a Ravindra Jadeja delivery towards deep mid-wicket. Brevis was the fielder stationed there. He timed his jump to perfection and grabbed the ball. However, he quickly realised that he was to step outside the boundary ropes and thus released the ball in the air before going on the other side. The ball would have fallen at the other end so Brevis jumped again from outside the ropes and thew the ball in the air again, this time inside the field. He then came inside the boundary line and finally took the catch.
