Kim Clijsters announces third retirement from tennis after comeback stalled by Covid-19 and surgery
Kim Clijsters has announced that he is retiring from tennis for a third time and will no longer play “official tournaments”. The four-time Grand Slam champion stepped away from the sport as a 23-year-old in 2007, but returned in 2009 after giving birth to her daughter and won back-to-back US Open titles as well as the Australian Open.
