MIAMI — Jake Paul found out the hard way that there are levels in boxing and former two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua operates on another stratosphere after the social media influencer-turned-professional boxer was knocked out in the sixth round Saturday night at Kaseya Center.
MIAMI — In a battle of former UFC champions, Anderson Silva scored a second-round stoppage win over Tyron Woodley on Friday night in a cruiserweight contest scheduled for six rounds on the undercard of Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua at the Kaseya Center.
Anthony Joshua is the former two-time unified WBO, IBF, and WBA heavyweight champion. Joshua first held the titles from March 2018 to July 2019. He later reclaimed the three belts with a unanimous decision win over Andy Ruiz Jr. in December 2019. Joshua's second unified title run lasted until September 2021. Joshua won his first world title in April 2016 with a second-round knockout win over Charles Martin.
Jake Paul, of Cleveland, Ohio, is a YouTuber-turned-boxer, and one of the most popular social media personalities in the world.
