Norway’s Johannes Thingnes Boe won Olympic gold medal in the men’s 10 km biathlon sprint event at the Winter Olympics, while his brother Tarjei took bronze.
ZHANGJIAKOU, China : It was not always plain sailing for Norway's Boe brothers growing up but on Saturday there was nothing but love between them as Johannes won gold and older brother Tarjei secured the bronze medal in the men's 10km biathlon sprint at the Beijing Olympics.
ZHANGJIAKOU, China : Norway's Johannes Thingnes Boe blazed to another Olympic gold medal in the men's 10 km sprint event at the Beijing Olympics on Saturday while his brother Tarjei won bronze, their second medals of the Games after last week's mixed relay win.
Norway’s Johannes Thingnes Boe clinched gold in the 10km sprint biathlon despite missing a target on the shooting range in Beijing 2022 on Saturday (12 February). He shared the podium with his older brother, Tarjei, five years his senior, to add to the special occasion.
Johannes Thingnes Boe has won gold in the men’s 10km biathlon sprint, while his brother, Tarjei, has taken bronze. 20km champion Quentin Fillon Maillet finished second to win silver.
