This comes amid media reports that there was a health advisory in place in England for Indian players in which due to COVID-19, the medical team had advised the players to not practice too hard and play with low intensity in the practice sessions so as to prevent the body from getting too tired.

India's T20 specialist Deepak Chahar will take four to five more weeks to completely recover from the hamstring injury, which had kept him out of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Pacer Chahar and another centrally-contracted cricketer Washington Sundar, recovering from a hand injury, are currently doing their rehabilitation at NCA along with the likes of T Natarajan.
