Great Britain have been stripped of the Olympic silver medal won by the men's 4x100 metres relay quartet at Tokyo 2020 after team member CJ Ujah lost his doping case. Sprinter Ujah tested positive for a banned substance at the Olympics, a result that was confirmed when his 'B' sample also returned a positive result.
