After being put into bat, DC were reeling at 50 for four at one stage before Rovman Powell and Rishabh Pant have put their innings back on track. However, Ramandeep Singh dismissed Pant to hault DC's progress. Daniel Sams had given MI an early breakthrough, removing David Warner in the third over.
