AUGUSTA, Ga. — Tiger Woods, who looked to be in serious pain during a rain-filled Saturday at the Masters, withdrew from the tournament because of a foot injury before play resumed Sunday morning at Augusta National Golf Club.
Tiger Woods has withdrawn from The Masters due to injury. The decision came ahead of the resumption of the third round at Augusta National. Ad Woods, who was making just his second start of the year, closed the second round with a 74 despite the cold and wet conditions, securing a record-equalling 23rd consecutive cut at The Masters on three-over.
