Prithvi Shaw was in the headlines recently but not for his exploits on the cricket field. The Mumbai cricketer faced a lot of backlash after an altercation at a nightclub with social media influencer Sapna Gill and some of her friends. While Shaw accused the influencer of breaching his personal space, Gill in turn pressed charges of molestation on the cricketer and even said that he started the fight. While no hard action was taken against Shaw, the police went on to arrest Gill and her friends. On Thursday, Shaw took to social media and posted a cryptic message on his Instagram account that left a lot of fans puzzled.

Former BCCI president Sourav Ganguly is regarded as one of the best captains Team India ever had. The Kolkata-born cricketer made his debut in 1992 in an ODI against West Indies and went on to score a whopping total of 11363 runs in 311 matches. He also smashed 22 centuries and 72 half-centuries and was known for being a fearless player. Apart from this, he even led Team India in 2003 World Cup, where his side finished as the first runners-up. However, the fans got to witness a completely different side of "Dada" in a recent advertisement, where the former skipper was seen promoting a biscuit brand.

The two celebrities clashed on the cricket field with Ganguly's team being called "Jhoothi XI" while Ranbir's side was named Makkaar XI. According to video posted by Xtra Time on YouTube, ranbir faced 10 balls from Ganguly and even hit a six. The movie is slated to release on March 8 and also stars Shraddha Kapoor.
