Both had not played a T20I in over a year until the home series against Afghanistan earlier this year in January.

Former Indian skipper and current head coach of the Indian cricket team Rahul Dravid reached the polling booth to cast his vote in Bengaluru on Friday. Dravid, just like a common man, stood in the queue before he had the opportunity to cast his vote for the ongoing Lok Sabha elections. He also urged people to come out and vote. After casting his vote, Dravid spoke to the media and said, "Everyone must come out and vote. It is an opportunity we get in a democracy."
