Jannik Sinner is through to the last-16 of the Miami Open after beating Pablo Carreno Busta 5-7 7-5 7-5. Neither player were at their sparkling best in the early stages of the match, but it turned into a thrilling three-hour, 11-minute duel which saw Sinner save five match points before producing a remarkable victory.
