The IRFU have confirmed that 14 members of their Six Nations squad have been released back to the provinces for this weekend's United Rugby Championship games, with 23 held back for a two-day mini camp.
Robert Baloucoune, Mike Lowry and Nick Timoney have all been released from Ireland camp to play for Ulster in the United Rugby Championship this week.
Ulster will likely have to do without John Cooney and Stuart McCloskey for another week, although they could return for February's rearranged Interpro derby with Connacht.
