Star Pacer's Injury Puts South Africa's Champion Trophy Squad In Jeopardy

South Africa's bowling resources have taken another blow, with Gerald Coetzee, anticipated to replace Anrich Nortje in the Champions Trophy squad, missing the Joburg Super Kings' (JSK) SA20 match against Pretoria Capitals. They will start their campaign against Afghanistan in Karachi on February 21 before meeting Australia in Rawalpindi on February 25 and their final group game is against England on March 1.

Pacers Unlikely To Give Clear Advantage To South Africa In WTC Final Against Australia: Jonty Rhodes

As South Africa prepares for its World Test Championship final against Australia at Lord's, legendary cricketer Jonty Rhodes says the Proteas' pace battery is unlikely to give a big advantage to the side as Pat Cummins' team too is equally adept at handling the quick bowlers.
