The 26-year-old was linked on Monday with a move north amid reported interest from the Capital and although he fits the bill for what Hibs are looking for and was on their radar, the Evening News understands that club chiefs have since turned their attentions to other options.
The 26-year-old has been linked with a number of clubs following an impressive season at Fratton Park in which he scored ten goals and created eight in 48 games – statistically his worst return for Danny Cowley’s side since Kenny Jackett brought him to the club in 2018.
