DOHA : Pramac Ducati's Jorge Martin stormed to pole position at the season-opening Qatar Grand Prix in Doha on Saturday, pipping Enea Bastianini and six-times MotoGP champion Marc Marquez to top spot in qualifying.

Jorge Martín se llevó la primera pole de la temporada en Qatar, su quinta en la categoría reina, con la Ducati del Pramac Racing por una décima sobre otra Ducati, la de Bastianini del Gresini Racing, y dos sobre Marc Márquez.
