England batter James Vince feels ECB's new No-Objection Certificates (NOCs) policy will see players picking T20 leagues over first-class cricket, and said the new guidelines even offers preferential treatment to the Indian Premier League. The England board had decided in November, 2024, to refrain from issuing NOCs to all-format players to play in the Pakistan Super League, scheduled for April-May this season, because the league clashes with the early rounds of the County Championship.
