Dilansir dari laman resmi FIFA, Indonesia diumumkan resmi batal jadi tuan rumah Piala Dunia U-20 pada Rabu (29/3/2023). Keputusan ini diambil setelah Ketua PSSI Erick Thohir menghadiri rapat bersama Presiden FIFA Gianni Infantino.
