Jakob Ingebrigsten broke his own record in the European 1500m at the Silesia Diamond League in Poland. The 22-year-old won in 3:27.14 to beat the record he set at the Diamond League meeting in Oslo by 0.81 seconds. Ad It continued a fantastic year for Ingebrigsten as he extended his unbeaten run ahead of the World Championships in Budapest next month.
