DORTMUND, Germany : Borussia Dortmund are relishing a re-match with Paris St Germain in the Champions League semi-finals after knocking out Atletico Madrid in a thrilling tie on Tuesday to set up a meeting with the French side they played in the group stage.
Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic said on Monday his side had to give everything in Tuesday's home Champions League quarter-final second leg against Atletico Madrid after being "punished" in the first game. Dortmund trail 2-1 after last week's match in Madrid, where individual mistakes allowed Atletico to take a 2-0 lead after 30 minutes. The German club fought back as Sebastien Haller scored to bridge the deficit, although the striker will miss Tuesday's clash with injury. Terzic said Dortmund were "punished" by an "ice-cold" Atletico, but backed his team to turn the tables in front of their 81,500-seat Westfalenstadion crowd and the famous 'Yellow Wall'.

MADRID, Spain : There is no margin for error when facing Atletico Madrid, Borussia Dortmund coach Edin Terzic said on Tuesday as he prepares his side for their Champions League quarter-final tie against the Spanish club.
Bayern Munich lost 2-0 to Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, their first home "Der Klassiker" loss in a decade, allowing Bayer Leverkusen, who came back to win 2-1 over Hoffenheim, to go 13 points clear with seven games remaining. Leverkusen's victory put the onus on Bayern in Saturday's late match, but the German champions lost at home with Dortmund scoring goals in each half through Munich-born Karim Adeyemi and defender Julian Ryerson. Harry Kane had the ball in the net in the dying stages to give Bayern hope of a comeback, but the England captain's goal was struck off for offside.
