Antes del encuentro entre los Phoenix Suns y Los Angeles Lakers se pudo ver a Anthony Davis haciendo algunos ejercicios en la pista. La estrella angelina no juega desde el 16 de febrero y, aunque aún es una incógnita, ya hay voces que apuntan a que puede llegar para los playoffs. Pues bien, el bueno de Davis hizo unas declaraciones que llegaron a oídos del vestuario de los Suns antes de salir a la cancha, declaraciones en las que aseguraba que de no haberse lesionado en la primera ronda del año pasado, los Lakers habrían eliminado a los Suns: «Nosotros los sabemos, ellos lo saben».
