"Tom Curran Started Crying, Daryl Mitchell Said He Would Never Go To Pakistan Again": PSL Star Shares Ordeal

Bangladesh leg-spinner Rishad Hossain, who was playing for Lahore Qalandars in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025, has shared frightening ordeal amid the escalated tension between the nation and India. He revealed that the overseas players were terrified as they tried to move out of Pakistan. The spinner opened up after making it to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from where the players took connecting flights to reach their respective homes. Notably, the PSL 2025 was suspended hours after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) decided to postpone the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 for a week.

New Zealand vs Pakistan 3rd ODI, LIVE Score Updates

New Zealand vs Pakistan 3rd ODI, LIVE Score Updates: Pakistan will be hoping to get a consolation win as they take on New Zealand in the third and final ODI of a rather unsuccessful white-ball tour. Pakistan were hammered 4-1 in the T20I series, and have already been outclassed in the first two ODIs of the series. Having previously beaten Australia and South Africa in ODI series away from home, Pakistan haven't been able to replicate the same against New Zealand, continuing on from their disastrous Champions Trophy 2025 campaign. Pakistan Fined For Slow Over-Rate In ODI Opener Against New Zealand

Pakistan have been fined 10 percent of their match fee for maintaining a slow over-rate in the first One-day International against New Zealand at Napier on Saturday. "Jeff Crowe of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees imposed the sanction after Mohammad Rizwan's side was ruled to be two overs short of the target after time allowances were taken into consideration," the ICC said in a release on Tuesday. In accordance with Article 2.22 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to minimum over-rate offenses, players are fined five percent of their match fees for every over their side fails to bowl in the allotted time.

"Joote Maarne Chahiye": Ex Pakistan Star Loses Cool, Slams 'Professors' Who Made Babar Azam Open

Former cricketer and coach Basit Ali launched a scathing tirade after Pakistan's shambolic defeat against an inexperienced New Zealand side in the first ODI in Napier. From dominating the world, taking the title of Asian Giants, and emerging as a global powerhouse, Pakistan has drifted away from its reputation. They have been chasing shadows of the past self while trying to rebuild its lost glory. Following a 4-1 hammering in the T20I series, Pakistan looked en route to opening the ODI leg with flying colours. However, the hopes were dashed away moments after Pakistan's premier batter, Babar Azam (78), pulled it straight into the hands of Daryl Mitchell.

Mark Chapman Blasts Ton As New Zealand Win First ODI vs Pakistan By 73 Runs

Mark Chapman struck a sublime century and Nathan Smith claimed four wickets Saturday as New Zealand eased to a 73-run win over Pakistan in the first ODI in Napier. Chapman's career-best 132 formed the foundation of an imposing 344-9 at McLean Park before Pakistan's promising chase capitulated, to be all out for 271 in the 45th over. The tourists looked on track at 249-3, at that point needing 96 runs to win, with more than 11 overs remaining. However, seamer Smith (4-60) helped to spark a late collapse, with the last seven wickets falling for 22 runs.

New Zealand vs Pakistan, 1st ODI LIVE Score Updates

New Zealand vs Pakistan, 1st ODI LIVE Score Updates: A brilliant knock from Mark Chapman helped New Zealand post 344/9 in 50 overs against Pakistan in the first ODI of a three-match series on Saturday in Napier. Asked to bat first, the Kiwis lost three wickets in a quick succession but Chapman and Daryl Mitchell's partnership brought them back into the game. Chapman scored 132 while Mitchell scored 76. Apart from them, debutant Muhammad Abbas scored 52 off 26 balls. For Pakistan, Irfan Khan scalped three wickets while Akif Javed and Haris Rauf scalped two wickets each.
