Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte will remain in Italy following a check-up after his gallbladder surgery, the club confirmed on Thursday. Conte, 53, returned to the touchline after missing a few games as he recovered from the surgery, but he did admit that he defied doctor’s orders by returning to work.
