French interior minister Gerald Darmanin added that there had been a "massive (ticket) fraud on an industrial scale". Werner hit back late on Monday in a letter to Oudea-Castera, describing her comments as "irresponsible, unprofessional, and wholly disrespectful" to the fans affected.
