Biotherm won the In-Port Race at Aarhus on Sunday afternoon at The Ocean Race 2022-23. It was a huge victory for Biotherm as they only arrived in Denmark on Saturday night for the event after a difficult Leg 5 of the main competition from Newport, Rhode Island. Ad Before the race kicked off, 11th Hour Racing Team were top of the overall IMOCA standings on 28 points, followed by Team Holcim-PRB on 27 and Team Malizia with 24.
French offshore sailor Charlie Dalin, a two-time IMOCA world champion, is set to join the 11th Hour Racing Team, the sole US entry in The Ocean Race, for a pivotal double-pointer leg from Newport, Rhode Island, to Aarhus, Denmark. Hailing from Le Havre and currently based in Brittany, France, Dalin has consistently achieved victories and podium finishes in major offshore sailing events in recent years.
The Ocean Race 2022-23 has provided drama aplenty – and there is lots more expected to come. The race is edging towards its fifth leg. It’s a double points, 3,500-nautical-mile trip from Newport, Rhode Island to Aarhus in Denmark, starting on May 21.

Skipper Charlie Enright delighted in a dream homecoming for 11th Hour Racing Team as the American team basked in the glory in Newport, Rhode Island, having won Leg 4 of The Ocean Race. 11th Hour Racing Team arrived at the finishing line at 19:41:41 BST (2:41 pm local time) with the winning time of 17 days, two hours, 26 minutes and 41 seconds, claiming five points for the overall standings. Ad Team Malizia arrived in Newport in second place at 19:13:22 BST, 31:41 minutes after the winners.
