Scottie Scheffler won The Players Championship in Sawgrass, Florida, on Sunday evening in the United States. The 26-year-old American returns to the top of the world rankings as a result of the triumph, and the success marks more silverware for Scheffler, last year’s Masters winner, and builds on his WM Phoenix Open victory last month.
