Irene Schouten stars at ISU Speed Skating World Cup Finals, Kjeld Nuis pips Thomas Krol to gold
It was another great day for the Netherlands at the ISU Speed Skating World Cup Finals, with Irene Schouten leading the way in the Women's Mass Start in Heerenveen. She took 180 points after finishing in 8:53.670, just ahead of her compatriot Marijke Groenewoud who recorded a time of 8:53.900. Ad/> There was also another podium one-two for Dutch skaters in the 1500m Men Division A where Kjeld Nuis and Thomas Krol finished first and second, respectively.
