Pakistan YouTuber and cricket expert Wasay Habib launched a fiery rant over comparisons between Babar Azam and legendary Indian cricket team batter Sachin Tendulkar. During an analysis on GTV News, Wasay was asked about some ex-Pakistan cricketers comparing Babar to Sachin but the cricket expert was not convinced. He went on to say that there is no chance of another comparison and pointed out that the comparisons first started with Virat Kohli, then Shubman Gill and now, the people have gone up to bring a legend like Sachin into the comparison.

A ball-boy stole the limelight in the Pakistan Super League on Monday, taking a stunning catch beyond the boundary rope. Though six runs were credited to the batter's account for clearing the rope, it was the ball-boy who drew plaudits from fans in the stadium, as well as Kiwi star Colin Munro, for his diving catch. Pakistani Judoka Dies After Suffering Head Injuries

A young female judoka has died in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province after suffering head injuries during a competition bout. Fiza Sher Ali, a talented 20-year old student couldn't recover from the head injuries she sustained while competing in the 44kg category fight during a Youth Talent Hunt program in Mardan. "She was a first year BS student in Peshawar and had come to Mardan for the trials and was new to the sport," an official of the Pakistan Judo Federation said.

A Pakistani boxer has disappeared in Italy after stealing money from a teammate's bag, the Pakistan Amateur Boxing Federation said on Tuesday. Zohaib Rasheed has gone to Italy to take part in an Olympic qualifying tournament. A senior official of the federation said they had brought it to the notice of the Pakistan Embassy in Italy and also filed a police report about the incident.

Cameron Green May Skip White-Ball Series Against Pakistan To Prepare For Home Tests Against India In December

Australia batter Cameron Green is likely to skip the white-ball series in Pakistan later this year and instead play Sheffield Shield to prepare himself for the the big-ticket home Test series against India in December, according to head coach Andrew McDonald. The same template worked for the 24-year-old in the ongoing Test series in New Zealand as he hit a career-best 174 not out in Australia's big win in the first match in Wellington on Sunday. Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf's central contract may be "restored" after a review by the legal team of the country's Board, an official source in the PCB said on Monday. Rauf's central contract was terminated two days before the start of Pakistan Super League for refusing to play in the three-Test series against Australia that they lost 0-3 in January. An official source in the PCB said the legal team was reviewing Rauf's appeal which seeks the restoration of his central contract.
