India To Not Stay In Pakistan During Champions Trophy 2025? PCB Gives 'Delhi' Suggestion - Report

There has been a lot of chatter surrounding India's participation in the Champions Trophy 2025 which is scheduled to take place in Pakistan. India and Pakistan have not played a bilateral series in over a decade due to political tensions and the Indian government has maintained a hard stance that the cricket team will not travel to Pakistan. However, according to a Cricbuzz report, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has come up with a somewhat strange solution to the problem. The report claimed that PCB have written to BCCI "offering assistance should the Indian team prefer to return to India - either to Chandigarh or New Delhi - after each game to avoid staying in Pakistan due to security concerns".

Watch: Ben Stokes Suffers Funniest Dismissal Of All Time, Internet In Splits

England suffered defeat to Pakistan by a mammoth 152 runs in the second Test in Multan, failing to chase down a target of 297. But despite the middle order failing, England's captain Ben Stokes -- returning from injury -- held strong with 37 at one end, at a rate of more than run-a-ball. Babar Azam Leads Reactions As Pakistan Thrash England To Level Series 1-1 In Multan

Pakistan levelled the three-match Test series with a comprehensive 152-run victory over England in the second Test at Multan Cricket Stadium. The win came courtesy of a dominant display by Pakistan's spinners, who made full use of a re-used pitch, bowling England out for 144 before lunch on Day 4. The result sets up a thrilling series decider in Rawalpindi next week, with the series tied 1-1. Chasing a challenging target of 297, England batters were undone by left-arm spinner Noman Ali, who claimed seven of the eight wickets that fell on the fourth morning, finishing with figures of 8-46 in the second innings and 11-147 overall in the match.
