OSLO, Norway : Ethiopia's Hagos Gebrhiwet won the men's 5,000 metres in the second fastest time in history with a sizzling final lap in the Oslo Diamond League meet at Bislett Stadium on Thursday.

The second round of the prestigious event saw all three classical games ending up in a draw once again. Magnus Carlsen, Alireza Firouzja and Liren won with white in the subsequent Armageddon games to grab 1.5 points each.
