MUMBAI (Reuters) - New Zealander Tim Seifert became Delhi Capitals' second overseas player to test positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday prompting the organisers of the Indian Premier League (IPL) to shift Friday's match from Pune to Mumbai.

The playing conditions require a team to be able to field 12 players for a match and because DC can do that, the match is going ahead. The recent cases have taken the total number of covid positive cases in the Delhi camp to 6.
