Rishabh Pant's Tactical Blunder Against MS Dhoni Costs LSG, Snubbed Ravi Bishnoi Breaks Silence

The 43-year-old MS Dhoni triggered major nostalgia with his match-winning finish in the Lucknow Super Giants vs Chennai Super Kings match in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Monday. Dhoni's 11-ball 26 turned the tide in CSK's favour after CSK seemed to have incurred another batting unit collapse. With Chennai needing 44 runs to win in the final 4 overs, the onus was on Dhoni and Shivam Dube to take the team home. The pressure was on LSG skipper Rishabh Pant to be decisive with his bowling choices. This is when Pant, a rather inexperienced skipper, erred.

"Once You Get Lost In Domestic System...": Ex-India Star On Karun Nair's Comeback

It was a comeback to remember for Karun Nair as he marked his Indian Premier League return with a classy 89 off 40 balls. The knock that was laced with 12 fours and 5 sixes came for Delhi Capitals in the side's IPL 2025 match vs Mumbai Indians at Arun Jaitely Stadium on Sunday. DC were in a state of bother after losing Jake Fraser-McGurk on the first ball of the innings. Nair came in to bat at number 3 and played a herioc knock to nearly seal the game for his side. DC eventually lost the game by 12 runs after failing to hold their nerves in the perfect thriller, but Nair's knock did't go unnoticed.

Shivam Dube's "That Is Not CSK" Remark After Win vs LSG Takes Internet By Storm

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Shivam Dube spoke about the importance of staying in the game even after losing wickets, especially when your team has already lost a few games in a row. "This means a lot, losing 5 games in a row that is not CSK, our bowlers bowled really well and today I had wanted to stay till the end and I had this thought that I wanted to finish the game and I felt this is the time to take the game very deep after losing few wickets in the middle," Shivam Dube said in the post-match presentation.

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) stand-in skipper, MS Dhoni turned back the clock in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) on Monday, producing a late blitz to fire the team to its second victory of the season. Dhoni's bat breathed fire, scoring 26 runs off just 11 balls as CSK chased down the target of 167 runs in a last-over thriller. Courtesy of his fireworks at the Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, Dhoni was named the Player of the Match. Norris feels ‘nowhere near’ his best as Formula 1 title contest heats up inside McLaren

Lando Norris may be top of the F1 standings but he feels like he’s driving “nowhere near” his best and can’t work out why. After placing third Sunday at the Bahrain Grand Prix — won by his McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri — Norris said he felt far more confident last year, when he lost out on the drivers’ title to Red Bull’s Max Verstappen. “I’m confident that I have everything I need and I’ve got what it takes,” Norris said. “I have no doubt about that, that I’m good enough, but something is just not clicking with me in the car.” Norris, who qualified sixth for Sunday’s race, saw Piastri close to within three points of him in the standings. “As soon as you’re not gelling (with the car), then you’re going to be in issues, and that’s what I have at the moment,” Norris said. Even though he’s still leading and won the season-opening Grand Prix in Australia last month, Norris said he hasn’t felt comfortable all year with McLaren’s car — widely considered the fastest on the grid. Last year, “I knew every single corner, everything that was going to happen with the car, how it was going to happen.
