Vandana (2nd, 16th, 48th minutes) scored three field goals, while Deep Grace (11th, 34th, 42nd) converted three penalty corners for India. India's Tejaswin Shankar took pole position on the first day of the decathlon events at the Asian Games 2023. Shankar asserted his dominance in the men's decathlon long jump.
