Rishabh Pant, the country's No.1 wicketkeeper-batter, is all set to enter the IPL 2025 auction, according to a report. Ahead of the IPL 2025 retention deadline day on October 31, it has been claimed that Rishabh Pant won't be retained by his franchise Delhi Capitals. Pant, after recovering from a major accident, made a return to the IPL last season. He has been a consistent feature in the Indian cricket team as well. The report, however, said that DC management was not convinced about the leadership qualities of Pant in T20.
After the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium was left in a state of disarray following a music concert, the Asian Games medallist athlete called for a ban on holding concerts or any programme in the stadiums, which are a "sacred place" for the athletes.
