Young India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal on Wednesday broke into the top-20 of the ICC Test Rankings, rising 14 spots to 15th in the batting charts after scoring back-to-back double centuries in the ongoing series against England. The 22-year-old left-hander joined a select band of seven cricketers to score double centuries in two consecutive Tests including two Indians -- Vinod Kambli and Virat Kohli. Jaiswal scored 209 in India's first innings in the second Test at Visakhapatnam and then hit unbeaten 214 runs in the second essay at Rajkot to contribute in the home team's massive 434-run victory over England that took them 2-1 up in the series.

Young India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal scored his second double century in as many games during Day 4 of the ongoing third Test against England in Rajkot. Jaiswal slammed 14 boundaries and 12 sixes and remained unbeaten on 214 as India declared their second innings for 430/4. The 22-year-old, who got retired hurt for 104 ahead of stumps on Day 3, came back to the middle on Day 4 after Shubman Gill's unfortunate dismissal on a score of 91. Jaiswal added another 110 runs during a 172-run unbeaten stand with Sarfaraz Khan, who also notched up his second half-century of the match.

Pace bowler Scott Kuggeleijn was recalled on Sunday to replace Kyle Jamieson in New Zealand's squad for the two-Test home series against Australia.
