Teen who killed sister, 15, at caravan park to be sentenced for manslaughter next month
A 19-year-old who confessed to killing his younger sister at a north Wales caravan park will be sentenced next month. Matthew Selby, from Ashton-under-Lyne, had been due to be sentenced on Friday, March 18, for the manslaughter of sister Amanda Selby, but the case wasn't dealt with. The teenager had originally been charged with murdering his sister at Ty Mawr Caravan Park in Towyn. But in February he admitted to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility when he appeared before Mold Crown Court.
