Justin Lower goes lowest to earn a share of the lead at World Wide Technology Championship

Chasing the first PGA Tour victory of his career, Justin Lower shot a 63 in his penultimate round to forge a three-way tie atop the leaderboard at the World Wide Technology Championship in Los Cabos. With a bogey-free, nine-under-par round, Lower equalled the best score of his career and is joined at 16 under by Carson Young and Colombia's Nico Echavarria after their respective efforts of 67 and 68. Lower was in 14th place entering Saturday at El Cardonal at Diamante, but posted the round of the day with seven birdies and capped it with an eagle on the par-five 18th hole.

Colombia's Nico Echavarria moved into position for his second win of the FedExCup Fall series as he tied Max Greyserman for the second-round lead at the World Wide Technology Championship on Friday in Los Cabos. Echavarria fired a bogey-free, nine-under-par 63 at El Cardonal at Diamante, and Greyserman posted a 64 to move to 12-under 132 at the halfway point of the Mexican tournament.
