The title may be decided with Manchester City clinching their third consecutive crown and Manchester United's challenge for the top four tied up, however, fans will be taking a close look at their teams as they gear up for a thrilling end to their season. An all-Manchester FA Cup Final is the talk of the town but then attention will turn to Manchester City who travel to Istanbul where they will make a bid to land their first-ever European Cup when they take on Inter Milan. Preparations for both games will be well underway but before that, there's the matter of the final Premier League game of the season to contend with as City take a trip to Brentford and United host Fulham at Old Trafford.
