TOI Poll: Fans want MS Dhoni to bat higher up the order for Chennai Super Kings

Striding to the crease in the 11th over at the dismissal of Shivam Dube, with Chennai Super Kings tottering at 61/5, Dhoni smashed a six and 7 fours for an unbeaten 38-ball 50 to take his team to 131/5 in their 20 overs. Though CSK lost the match by 6 wickets, Dhoni's first IPL fifty since April 2019, was reason enough for the fans to believe that now that he is free of captaincy duties, he should definitely bat up the order.
