Ad The race is too short for teams to utilise their watch systems, so there is no chance of any rest on board.
We’re back! The Ocean Race returns on Thursday with the sixth and penultimate leg, which takes the fleet from Aarhus to The Hague via Kiel. Ad Both the IMOCA and VO65 classes will feature, with just one point separating 11th Hour Racing Team and Team Holcim-PRB at the top of the overall IMOCA standings.
Co-skipper Will Harris believes Team Malizia can thrive as underdogs heading into Leg 6 of The Ocean Race, which will have “absolutely everything”. After five legs of the race Team Malizia are third in the overall standings, four points behind leaders 11th Hour Racing. Ad The sixth and penultimate leg of the race is an 800-nautical mile sprint from Aarhus, Denmark to The Hague in the Netherlands.
