Así ha informado la oficina del presidente ucraniano, Volodímir Zelenski: «Acordamos que la delegación ucraniana se reuniría con la rusa sin condiciones previas en la frontera entre Ucrania y Bielorrusia, cerca del río Pripiat», según el canal oficial de Telegram de Zelenski.
