Borussia Dortmund are two wins away from their first title in a decade, after RB Leipzig came from behind to win 3-1 away at Bayern Munich on Saturday. Bayern led 1-0 thanks to an early Serge Gnabry goal and looked in cruise control, but the visitors scored three second-half goals to turn the match, and the Bundesliga title race, on its head. Dortmund can go two points clear with one matchday remaining with a win on Sunday against Augsburg. The win, Leipzig's first in Munich and only their second victory over the German champions, secured the visitors Champions League football next season.
Continuing its dream run, India's compound mixed team duo of Ojas Deotale and Jyothi Surekha Vennam on Saturday stunned heavyweights Korea to grab successive World Cup gold medals in Shanghai. After winning the World Cup Stage 1 gold in Antalya last month, the pair carried forward its new-found chemistry and shot with composure to pip the top-seeded Korean team 156-155. Both the Indian duo and the seasoned Korean pair of Kim Jongho and Oh Yoohyun shot identical 39s out of 40 in each of the first three ends.
BERLIN : Second division leaders Darmstadt 98 edged past Magdeburg 1-0 on Friday to secure their return to the Bundesliga after six years with a match to spare.
BERLIN : Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel said he will be happy to win the first Bundesliga title of his career without his team kicking a ball on Sunday as long as the Bavarians bag their 11th straight league title.
BERLIN : Borussia Dortmund will likely be without midfielder Jude Bellingham for their penultimate Bundesliga match at lowly Augsburg on Sunday, coach Edin Terzic said on Friday, with the club a point behind leaders Bayern Munich.
