BEIJING (AP) — The Latest on the Beijing Winter Olympics:
Canada's Brad Gushue will continue his march to Olympic gold in a semifinal game against Sweden Thursday morning in men's curling action.
Christine Scheyer leads the way in the women’s combined after posting the fastest time in the downhill at the Winter Olympics, but favourite Mikaela Shiffrin and the remarkable Ester Ledecka remain in contention going into the slalom. Shiffrin finished fifth in the downhill segment of the combined event at the Yanqing National Alpine Ski Centre, 0.56 seconds behind Scheyer.
