DHAKA : A member of the Bangladesh women's cricket squad has reported a spot-fixing approach at the Twenty20 World Cup in South Africa, the country's board said.
Bangladesh cricket chiefs said Wednesday that one of their players taking part in the Women's Twenty20 World Cup had been approached in an attempted spot-fixing case.

The media house stated that Dhaka-based Jamuna TV released an audio conversation which allegedly took place between two Bangladesh players -- one of whom is with the team in South Africa for the mega-event, while the other is in Bangladesh, allegedly working as a communication channel between the player and another person.
