MUMBAI :Quinton de Kock led South Africa's batting carnage with an incendiary 174 as they crushed Bangladesh by 149 runs to stay on course for a place in the semi-finals of the 50-overs World Cup on Tuesday.
South Africa opener Quinton de Kock completed his 12,000 international runs after his 174-run knock against in the 23rd ODI World Cup 2023 match at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Tuesday. The wicketkeeper-batsman became the only seventh South African player to score more than 12,000 international runs and now has 12,160 runs in 284 international matches. Currently, De Kock is also the top run scorer in the ongoing ODI World Cup with 411 runs in five matches in the prestigious tournament. He also has a 102.75 average with three tons.
